Stayed in San Francisco last night, so got do this morning's early run up there. Ran from North Beach, out to the Golden Gate bridge and back. A beautiful, crisp, sunny morning for a comfortable 8 minute pace 8 miler.
It's back to the streets of Los Altos tomorrow morning for 10k pace work, which I am already not looking forward to.

You run pretty well! I trained for an Ironman with Team in training last year and now my objective is also to qualify for Boston! Do you run around Oracle?
Most of my running is in Los Altos (I'm a morning runner). There is a group that runs lunchtimes round Oracle and I sometimes join them on Tues/Thur. They leave the Oracle gym at 12:15 and usually run from 5-7 miles, usually pretty easy pace, sometimes people go longer.
